About the Regional Cooperative Programs

The Regional Cooperative Student Programs provide alternate learning experiences for students, as a support to member districts.

These programs are supervised by Anita Tromp, Assistant Director for Special Programs and Services. Each of the sites employs a site administrator, site assistant, teachers, and instructional assistants.

Report Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying

The NWESD is committed to a safe and civil educational environment for all students, employees, parents/legal guardians, volunteers and patrons, that is free from harassment, intimidation or bullying. Any student who believes he/she has been the target of harassment, intimidation or bullying may report incidents verbally or in writing to Andrea Downs, Assistant Director for Special Programs and Services at the NWESD. Any student who believes he/she has been the target of unresolved discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying may report incidents verbally or in writing to David Forsythe, Assistant Superintendent for Operations (also acting as the Section 504, Title IX, and Civil Rights Officer) at the NWESD.
