Prevention/Intervention Specialist, Friday Harbor Middle School, San Juan Island

This position is responsible for providing substance abuse prevention education, intervention services to students, and working with staff, parents and community members.

Program Administrator, Skagit Discovery, Sedro-Woolley

This position is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, administering and evaluating the effectiveness of a day school program for adjudicated adolescents or a self-contained educational program for at-risk and/or severly behaviorally disabled students in grades K-12.

Regional Transportation Coordinator, NWESD, Anacortes

This position provides technical assistance, service, information, evaluation and training to 35 school districts in the Whatcom, Snohomish, Skagit, and Island counties.

Site Assistant II, Skagit Discovery, Sedro-Woolley

This position provides administrative assistance to the Discovery Center Administrator by independently performing a variety of responsible support duties which are typically of a confidential nature.

Software Support Analyst, NWRDC, Everett (Business)

This position provides mid-level knowledge of the Skyward software applications to interface with outside agencies and to identify requirements for application modifications.

Student Assistant, NWESD, Anacortes

This position provides landscape maintenance assistance during summer months.

Substitute Paraeducator, Various Locations

This position provides essential support in facilitating the overall safety and effectiveness of the school operations through student supervision, instructional support, behavior intervention and management.

Substitute Teacher, Various Locations

This position involves implementing individualized educational programs which address remediation of educational, social/emotional, pre-vocational, and independent living skills of behaviorally or developmentally disabled students in a self-contained setting (grades 1-12).

Teacher, Skagit Discovery, Sedro-Woolley

This position involves developing and implementing individualized educational programs which address the educational needs of elementary and secondary-age students with severe behavioral disabilities or the remediation of social/emotional, educational, and prevocational/vocational skill deficits for a group of at-risk students in an alternative setting.

Teacher, Snohomish Discovery, Arlington

This position involves developing and implementing individualized educational programs which address the educational needs of elementary and secondary-age students with severe behavioral disabilities or the remediation of social/emotional, educational, and prevocational/vocational skill deficits for a group of at-risk students in an alternative setting.
