Position Summary

The Software Support Analyst I provides knowledge, training, and support of Skyward Business software Qmlativ Business software applications to school district staff. They develop and maintain relationships to further enhance the customer experience. The Analyst I provides support and resolution of client problems in the use of the Skyward and Qmlativ application software to ensure that client’s needs and information requirements are met. This position supports the business team.

Qualifications

Experience working with Qmlativ or Skyward School Management Software as a district user is highly preferred.

Required: Related college training, computer-related customer support experience, or equivalent education and work experience which provides the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of: Qmlativ and/or Skyward School Management Software; Windows, Mac, or current operating systems; Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook; Relational databases. WA State Patrol background clearance is required.

Employment Conditions and Benefits

8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 260 days per year

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment, however, up to 50 percent (50%) of this time may be spent working at the various school district locations. Routine travel is required to visit local school districts as well as for workshops and conferences. Sitting for extended periods of time working at a computer terminal is common. Lifts and carries a maximum of 15 pounds. Adequate manual and finger dexterity, hearing, speech and vision are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. This position is telecommute-eligible per Policy 5225.

Hazards: Those present in a normal office environment. Potential hazards are present since the position requires the employee to travel a significant amount. Hazards may include but are not limited to traveling alone, in inclement weather conditions, varied road conditions, rush hour traffic, etc.

$83,886.40 - $94,473.60
