b. Approval of the General Fund Financial Report with the total ending net position equity in the amount of $11,825,999.22

c. Approval of March payroll warrants #202694 through #202701 for salaries in the amount of $24,371.94, #202702 through #202712 to payroll vendors in the amount of $30,008.54, overpayment of wages in the amount of ($1,566.91) for the collection, repayment to accounts payable for health care authority costs in the amount of $203,312.49, reserve for compensated absence reimbursement in the amount of $16,802.52, an electronic transfer in the amount of $553,809.26 for payroll tax liability and DRS contributions, and an electronic transfer of employee direct deposits in the amount of $815,020.03 for a total of $1,641,757.87

d. Approval of the NW Workers Compensation Trust Financial Report with the total ending net position equity in the amount of $250,738.28

e. Approval of Unemployment Pool warrant #202777 in the amount of $1,776.83

f. Approval of the Unemployment Pool Financial Report with the total ending net position equity in the amount of $10,316,028.37

g. Approval of Out-of-State Travel in the amount of $6,333.24

i. Approval of Personnel Report indicating terminations, hiring, and reclassification of NWESD employees
