Position Summary

This position serves as the primary point of contact for the Career Connect NW Network, providing strategic leadership to advance Career Connected Learning (CCL) and related regional initiatives by convening and collaborating with education, workforce, industry, and community partners, as well as other Career Connect Networks statewide. Responsibilities include leading regional partnerships, developing and implementing cross-sector initiatives, pursuing and managing grant opportunities, designing and facilitating professional learning, coordinating communications, and
collecting, analyzing, and sharing data to inform decision-making, demonstrate impact, and strengthen career-connected pathways across the region.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Career Connected Learning required. Experience working with K-12 systems and supervision preferred. WSP/FBI
criminal history background clearance required.
Employment Conditions and Benefits
This position is open to INTERNAL applicants only.
8 hours per day, 260 days per year

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office environment; however, travel may be required for workshops or conference attendance. Lifts and carry a maximum of 30 pounds. Adequate manual and finger dexterity, hearing, speech, and vision are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. This position may be telecommute eligible per Policy 5225.
Hazards: Those present in a normal office environment. Lifting and moving tables and chairs for workshop setup is a potential hazard if proper safety procedures are not adhered to. Routine travel may pose potential hazards including traveling in inclement weather.

Salary Range
