Our Services

Perform internal and external market analysis compensation studies in accordance with client-established parameters.

Review and revise position descriptions to reflect current position requirements, roles, and responsibilities.

Perform analysis and recommendations of salary schedule and position classification based upon client-established parameters, current job descriptions, and applicable market factors.

Independent investigations of employee misconduct or discrimination complaints; produce an investigative report with findings for client consideration and action.

Analysis and costing of collective bargaining economic proposals.

Review and revise Human Resources policies, procedures, and/or handbooks to comply with legal standards, best-practices, and client-identified priorities.  Review collective bargaining agreements based upon client-identified priorities and parameters.

All services are billed at an hourly rate plus reimbursement for actual costs of any required travel.
