Clock Hours

Northwest Educational Service District 189 (NWESD) is a Professional Educator Standards Board-approved provider for Washington State clock hours. Continuing education for the educational community is vital to success in the classroom and the NWESD is here to make it as seamless as possible. Clock Hour Services provides transcripts, evaluations, and official Washington state educator clock hour documentation for individuals and course providers. 

The NWESD Professional Development Coordinating Council (PDCC) provides prior approval to proposed in-service programs designed to meet standards set forth in WAC 181-85-200 and in compliance with NWESD Professional Development Standards.

A complete clock hour proposal must be received by NWESD using pdEnroller a minimum of 15 full working days prior to the first day of the event.

Clock Hour Fee

Clock hours are $3 per clock hour plus a $5 administrative fee for each professional development offering.
