The NWESD uses the pdEnroller platform for course registration and clock hour documentation. All nine Washington State ESDs, OSPI and many school districts use the software to track attendance and clock hours. Clock hours earned within pdEnroller are summarized on an official transcript and automatically uploaded to E-Cert accounts in the OSPI EDS system.

If you have not already done so, you will need to create or activate your pdEnroller account. Go to pdEnroller and follow the onboarding process. If you are unable to log in under your current email address, please try previous email addresses first to avoid creating duplicate user accounts. If you do not have an existing pdEnroller account, you will be prompted to create a new one.

If you believe you have duplicate pdEnroller accounts, contact our Clock Hours department to merge your records.

Once you have created or updated your pdEnroller account and verified your profile information is accurate, be sure to follow the instructions to link your account to your profile in the state E-Cert system. Once this is done, your clock hours will automatically upload to E-Cert, so that manual entry of clock hours earned through pdEnroller will not be required.

NWESD Clock hour fees are $3 per clock hour plus a $5 administrative fee for ten or less clock hours.

How to purchase your clock hours:

  • When you complete a class/training and your attendance has been processed by the NWESD, you will receive an automatic email from pdEnroller containing a link to complete the course evaluation with the option to purchase the clock hours.
  • If you miss the automatic email, you may access your clock hour queue by logging into pdEnroller, then clicking on your first name in the upper right of the web page, then selecting “Clock Hours”.
  • When you are ready to proceed, click the green “Survey” button and proceed to the course evaluation, and then the online payment portal. Once you have completed the evaluation and made your payment, your clock hours will be immediately recorded to your pdEnroller transcript. If your pdEnroller account is successfully linked to the state E-Cert system, your hours will automatically upload to the state system nightly.
  • You may have additional available clock hour events in your queue. If you would like to purchase clock hours, click on the event link, then proceed to the evaluation and payment as described above.

pdEnroller Transcripts:

Clock hours earned through the pdEnroller system will be recorded on your pdEnroller transcript, provided you have taken the course evaluation and paid for the clock hours. Individual transcripts are available to view and download under the Clock Hours tab, located beneath the Clock Hour queue.

If you believe you are missing NWESD clock hours on your pdEnroller transcript, email our Clock Hours department with questions.

if you have clock hour documentation for events not on your transcript and not run through the pdEnroller system, please look at each clock hour document to determine what agency provided the clock hours and then contact that provider.
