Building Leader Connection (BLC) is back! The BLC is a monthly community of principals/leaders collaboratively exploring practices serving staff, students, and families in complex times and communities. These Zoom sessions will leverage your experiences, invite you to share reflections and prompt actively planning next steps.
The Purpose of the BLC:
- Collaboration and connection across the region
- Support Content (leader, staff, student, and family learning)
- Narrow focus – actionable steps
- The go-to resource for information, research, and responses to timely topics
The BLC Big Ideas:
- Relationships – primary to our work with staff, students, and family
- Action Planning – Design/implement meaningful, actionable plans
- EQUITY Learning Leading to Action – explored, embedded and asset driven
- Transformational Leadership – Adjust to immediate and unique needs & demonstrate flexible, situational, and informed leadership
