The use of NWESD buildings, grounds, and facilities by outside groups is administered by the NWESD Superintendent in accordance with Policy 4260 and Procedure 4260-P.  All individuals or groups requesting use must complete and submit a written Facility/Equipment Use Form (Form 4260-F1).  Users of NWESD facilities are separated into one of three (3) financial categories:

CATEGORY I¹

  • Groups affiliated with NWESD or its statutory function, educational-related PD groups, and government/municipal organizations.

CATEGORY II

  • Non-profit community/charitable group

CATEGORY III

  • Admission is charged for event.
  • Non-educational related activities of a commercial, entertainment, recreational, or religious services nature.

No Charge

  • NWESD Regional school districts are provided meeting room use at no charge. (During normal business hours and/or no additional costs are incurred by NWESD)

Fees are an estimate based upon information given prior to use of the facility.  Additional charges may result after use of facility.  Any damages sustained to the facility during use will be the responsibility of the renting organization. The renting organization will be billed for any repairs needed to restore the facility to its original state. Cancellations must be made in writing a minimum of five working days prior to the scheduled activity. A cancellation fee may be applied to refund.

¹ Fees may be adjusted if services are provided that offset NWESD costs, as determined by Superintendent

² Minimum two-hour charge for custodial when event is beyond normal business hours.  Custodial fees may be waived during normal working hours, provided the room is left clean and all garbage is removed.

³ Minimum four-hour charge for technical staff when event is on a weekend.
