This series will run parallel to our Co-Planning Days, providing specific support for MLL Specialists in developing effective collaborative relationships with colleagues. The series will be an excellent complement for those participating in Co-Planning, with time between Co-planning days to deepen your skills in growing collaborative partnerships.

Topics will include:

  • Exploring our own core beliefs as instructional leaders in service of MLLs
  • Building trusting relationships with colleagues
  • Collaborating across lines of difference
  • Deepening listening skills
  • Navigating challenging conversations, including conversations about race
  • How to get unstuck in professional relationships
