Join NWESD presenters Gayle Everly and Fran McCarthy for a free series focusing on the functions of improvement science to sustain change.
Sessions will include Forming and Facilitating Teams, Analyzing Data, Data Deep Dive, Small Tests of Change, Plan Do Study Act Cycle (PDSA), Inclusion, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, and a book study on Street Data leaning into an Equity Lens when determining root cause.
The series also includes 1:1 team visits with instructors for personal planning for schools/districts.
- Teams: Leadership teams of four to six members must have an Administrator and one Special Education Teacher per team.
