Our Services
The NWESD Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works closely with your district’s Special Education team to provide services to assist in the monitoring, reporting, and support of students with behavioral issues and Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and coaching classroom teachers.
- Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI) and Orientation and Mobility (O&M)
Independently provide specially designed instruction (SDI) and fulfill the duties of a special educator as outlined in the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Districts can contract with the NWESD to support needs within their district for these services, which include evaluations, progress monitoring, and attending meetings.
