6030 – Financial Reports
Monthly Report
The fiscal department shall prepare a monthly budget status report relative to each NWESD 189 fund.
A “statement of financial condition” shall be submitted to the Board Chair each month, or as practical and be made available to all Board members. The fiscal department shall reconcile ending net cash and investments, revenues, and expenditures reported by the county treasurer with the NWESD 189 records for all funds. As part of the budget status report, a brief explanation of significant deviation in revenue and/or expenditure projections that may effect the financial status of the NWESD 189 will be provided.
Annual Financial and Statistical Report
At the close of each fiscal year, the Superintendent, as board secretary, shall submit to the Board the fiscal department’s annual financial statistical report. The report shall include at least a summary of financial operations for the year.
