3110 – Qualifications of Attendance and Placement
Entrance Qualifications
Only students referred by member school districts participating in cooperatives or other NWESD 189 programs shall be eligible to attend NWESD 189 programs or receive other services.
The NWESD 189 may establish and maintain direct student service programs provided that the board of directors and superintendent of a local school district(s) request the ESD to perform said service or services and also provided that the Board and Superintendent agree to provide the requested services.
Placement of Students on Admission
The decision of where to place a student referred by a member district to the NWESD 189 rests with the program director.
