1210 – Annual Organizational Meeting, Election of Officers
There shall be an annual reorganization of the NWESD 189 Board to elect officers and representatives.
At the first meeting of newly-elected members and after the qualification for office of the newly-elected members, the Board shall reorganize by electing a chair, vice chair, legislative representative, and AESD board member.
In the years when Board elections are not held, the reorganization of the Board shall be at the December Board meeting.
A chair and a vice chair shall hold office until the next organizational meeting or until successors are elected and qualified. A majority vote of the entire Board shall be necessary for election. A vacancy occurring in any of these positions may be filled at any official meeting.
