B to 3 Services ~ Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT)

Early intervention services are provided through ESIT by local lead agencies within the Northwest Educational Service District region (Skagit, Whatcom and Snohomish Counties).  These services are provided to children birth to age three who may be demonstrating developmental delays or identified disabilities. The goal is to help children be active and successful during the early childhood years.  Services are provided in family homes, in child cares, in preschools and communities settings.
