Announcing pdEnroller

Announcing pdEnroller, NWESD’s New Registration Management and Clock Hour System!

The NWESD is transitioning to pdEnroller, a statewide education registration system that manages course offerings, clock hours, credits and more! We are nearing the launch of this new system on August 13, 2018. As of August 8, the current NWESD registration system will not be available while transcript and class data are migrated into the new system.

pdEnroller is a mobile-friendly web service for event registration, payment, clock hour approval, and clock hour recording. It has an attractive interface, is easy to use and adds much needed functionality for registrars, educators, and administrators.

The link and instructions for using the new system will be posted on our website as we approach August 13. Guidelines will be available for logging into pdEnroller for the first time, printing your transcript, and updating your profile. Activation will merge your clock hours, transcript and user account from our current system.

If you encounter issues that require assistance, please email or call 360-299-4002. We look forward to providing the highest level of service with this new registration management and clock hour system.
