NWESD Surplus Disposal

From time to time, NWESD has surplus equipment which is offered for sale or relocation on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED" basis. Notice is provided via publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the NWESD region and/or electronic email to those requesting such notice. Priority is given (in order listed) to:

• NWESD programs
• Public school districts in NWESD region
• Private schools in NWESD region

All property is offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee as to condition. Recipients are required to make arrangements for pick-up within five days of notification from NWESD. Loading and transporting items are the responsibility of the recipient.  Driving directions to NWESD are posted on the website.

Requests for current surplus item(s) should include district/school or department/program, address, phone number, email address, item number and description.   Please submit request for item(s) in writing (mail, email, or fax) to:
