How to Submit a Proposal

This page will provide resources and tools for districts submitting In-service Proposals using esdWorks, the new NWESD proposal and registration system.  Once the in-service has been created, users can log in to see the status of their proposal, receive email updates, and submit repeat proposals. 

To submit a proposal, you must log into esdWorks

• If you have used the system before, enter your email and password
• If you are new to the system, click "No, I am new to this site".

In order to access the "Submit Proposal" function, you must have special permissions set in your account by a NWESD representative.  If you have not already done so, please request this access from the Technology Admin Assistant, noted below.
