Resource Development

Resource Development is the practice of building organizational capacity, effective program planning, and identifying, cultivating, and securing financial support for our programs and those of our school districts.

The Resource Development program is focused on the following:

  • Ensuring the sustainability of NWESD programs and services through the pursuit of competitive grant opportunities.

  • Developing and securing funding for programs to meet the changing needs of our educational communities.

  • Assisting school districts in building capacity, developing programs, and funding innovative programs.

  • Providing quality professional development in resource development.
