Welcome to the Educational Technology Support Center (ETSC)
{ETSC}
| In 1993, the Washington
state legislature approved the Educational Reform Bill that funds the
statewide ETSC program. Administered through OSPI, this program is
designed to provide school districts in Washington with
leadership, support, and training as they move forward in their efforts
to establish 21st Century teaching and learning environments. An ETSC
is
located at each of the nine Educational Service Districts in Washington
state. |
ETSC Mission Statement

schools and classrooms.
