Q: I receive a "string error" message when I try to add an item to my shopping cart

A: Please ensure that you are running the latest version of Internet Explorer (version 6.1 or later - PC), Firefox (version 2 or later - PC/MAC) or Safari (version 3.1.1 or later - MAC).

Q: My computer suddenly locks me out when I try to register. Why?
A: Please make sure that your district tech person has "white listed" the following websites to authorize access and shopping. http://www.nwesd.org; http://www.escweb.net; http://www.schoolwires.com.

Q: I receive a message when entering information in Internet Explorer that tells me I am accessing a non-secure site. Is there a way to remove this message?

Q: Why do I need to set up an account to register for a course?

A: NWESD requires your information to track payments, registrations and clock hours. We require your home address for transcript purposes. This information is secure and is not shared with outside agencies.

Q: I am a secretary at our district that is responsible for registering all participants from our district. Is there a way that I can register a group of people at one time?

A: Yes. We can set you up as a district registrar where you can enroll multiple participants from your district without having to process one at a time. You can use a credit card or an approved purchase order through this system. How to become a district registrar.
