Support school administrators, teachers and instructional assistants through specialized trainings and coaching focusing on increasing achievement of students learning to speak English while comprehending classroom content;

Integrate SIOP (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol) techniques regionally by offering workshops that model successful methods of making content comprehensible for ELL students.
